大家晚安
從去年就一直熱衷路跑活動
今年年初加入社團 也就更加提升自己體能
每次減肥的夢想都是低於50最好
在我這段時間 加強跑步速度及路程時
還是達不到49公斤XD
今天終於去量了一次INBODY 測得體脂肪15.9%
還被運動中心教練問說 妳是鐵人嗎?
我搖搖頭 笑說只有跑步而已
之前有發過減肥文
自己知道其實也不胖,只是想追求數字漂亮
忍了大半年不量體重 這時深刻體會到
大概要我不運動,讓肌肉消光光才有可能有48.49那種數字吧XDDDD
但我捨不得現在的體態
還有跟著慢跑以來的腹肌
飲食一樣照基代+300,不餓肚子
運動量(月跑量220KM,長跑山路跟間竭)程度有比去年加強
目前是163/51.1kg/15.9%/女/30y

其實我小腿還是很粗
我最在意的小腿自最肥胖70kg以來一直都一樣數字,嘖
基因真強大

大約23.5吋,看起來沒啥腰身,哈哈哈哈囧

跑一跑 大腿瘦比較多,應該是比較緊實
